A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Sales Advisor. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service via phone to assist with sales inquiries related to smart devices and accessories Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high standards of quality Collaborate with team members and management in a remote setting Required Qualifications: At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of six months customer service experience, preferably in a sales role Strong computer knowledge and ability to type at least 30 wpm accurately Workspace with high-speed internet access meeting specific requirements Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with discipline and motivation
