A company is looking for a Performance (Engineering) Management Lead. Key Responsibilities: Assess and review test coverage for complex health insurance marketplace systems Lead a team of performance engineers in testing scalability and availability of an e-commerce platform Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement tuning strategies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field Experience supporting large-scale transactional consumer-facing systems Experience coordinating technical and performance testing events, utilizing tools like Splunk and AWS CloudWatch Experience leading performance engineers, project management teams, and working in Agile environments Ability to understand and optimize performance in cloud computing environments and provide recommendations for system enhancements
