Benefits: Access sick pay and enroll in a 401k plan. Position Overview: Part-Time Nanny for a baby girl born in April 2024. Responsibilities Include: Organize age-appropriate activities and engage the baby in stimulating play. Provide feedings according to schedule and ensure the baby is well-nourished. Conduct diaper changes and maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Attend to other infant care duties such as soothing, burping, and ensuring comfort. Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as tidying up the nursery and washing baby bottles. Ensure the safety and well-being of the baby at all times, including during outdoor activities or outings. Maintain open communication with parents regarding the baby's development, needs, and any concerns. Adhere to any specific routines or instructions provided by the parents regarding sleep schedules, feeding preferences, etc. Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM (24 hours per week). Qualifications: Authorization to work in the US. Minimum age of 18. Valid driver's license and insured vehicle. CPR/First-Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Willingness to undergo background checks and fingerprinting. At least 2 years of childcare experience. Genuine interest in fostering a positive relationship with the family.
