Immediately Hiring a Caregiver for 4 hour daytime shifts in Lansdale, PA We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who love to care for seniors.Home Care Assistance of Philadelphia’s mission is to change the way the world ages. Our caregivers provide elderly adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives in their own home. Caregiver Responsibilities: Assist client with Activities of Daily Living: Personal Care (bathing/grooming); Meal Preparation; Medication Reminders; Laundry/Light Housekeeping. Provide transfers and gait assistance, as required Client may need to be changed in bed and may need to be turned every 2 hours. Work one-on-one with the client, enhancing their quality of life. Must have own car, and be willing to drive client to appointments. Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds. We offer: Immediate openings available working one-on-one with clients in their home. Experience caring for clients with Alzheimer’s/Dementia, as needed. Passionate about caregiving and helping others. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and car insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Current Negative Tuberculosis test or chest x-ray or 2 step PPD test. Excellent references from past employers and supervisors.
