We are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to assist in the areas of Estate Litigation and Estate Administration. Our rapidly-growing law firm focuses on transactional areas such as Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration, Taxation, and Corporate matters, complemented by a robust civil litigation wing. As our business expands, we require skilled assistance for our partners in managing specialized matters. Qualifications Required: Minimum of five years of experience at a law firm in estate litigation and estate administration, including direct client contact and primary responsibility for complex matters.Required: Capability to independently handle routine Surrogate's Court litigation.Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); mastery preferred.Strongly Preferred: Experience in Tax or Elder Law.Strongly Preferred: Proven track record in project management, supervision, and training of junior staff.Additional Assets: Experience with Clio, prior clerking in Surrogate's Court, and fluency in languages other than English. Responsibilities - Manage and oversee legal proceedings in estate litigation and administration.- Engage with clients to provide detailed consultations and maintain strong professional relationships.- Independently conduct litigation in Surrogate's Court and manage various aspects of case preparation and presentation.- Collaborate with other departments to enhance legal strategies and firm capabilities.
