We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Responsibilities:• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal• Prospect for new leads to promote new business Qualifications:• Past real estate sales experience preferred, at least 1 year or at least 3 closed transactions• Must be organized and be able to manage time effectively• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills• A successful and proven sales history is preferred• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly About Company: The Lauren Ashley Team and its partnership with Better Homes allows a combination of utmost client result-oriented service and a remarkable broker leader history that dates back to 1963.
