Description: This position is responsible for supporting our Patient Account Representatives in resolving outstanding patient accounts. The ideal candidate will enjoy a challenging, diverse, and rewarding work environment. Employment Type: Full-Time Shift (would consider Part-Time). Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Responsibilities include: Processing payer correspondenceEntering/reviewing patient demographicsCollect payments over the phone from patients for processingResearching and resolving outstanding accountsProcess and manage patient claims Prerequisites: High school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service and communication skillsExperience working in an office environment is a plus but not required Qualifications: Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environmentMust have a great attendance record
