The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions, with a preference for experience representing private equity sponsors or lenders. Strong analytical and writing skills are essential, along with membership in the Florida Bar and a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Duties:Negotiate, structure, and document debt finance transactions.Represent private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions.Provide legal advice and support to clients regarding debt finance matters.Conduct legal research and analysis related to debt finance issues.Draft legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and opinions.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in corporate debt finance.Familiarity with negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions.Experience representing private equity sponsors or lenders preferred.Excellent writing and analytical skills.Previous experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes of 2019, 2020, or 2021).Admission to the Florida Bar.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes of 2019, 2020, or 2021).Admission to the Florida Bar.Skills:Strong negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
