The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions, with a preference for expertise in representing private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions.Duties:Negotiate, structure, and document debt finance transactions.Provide legal counsel and support to clients in matters related to corporate debt financing.Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and opinion letters.Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate smooth transaction processes.Requirements:3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate debt finance.Familiarity with negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions.Experience representing private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions is preferred.Excellent writing and analytical skills.Prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm is preferred.Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).Admission to the Georgia Bar.Education:Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).Certifications:Admission to the Georgia Bar.Skills:Strong negotiation skills.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting legal documents.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing corporate debt finance transactions.
