Responsibilities:• Creation and Implementation of our Newsletter• Manage diverse social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Yelp, Nextdoor, and Google My Business.• Coordinate sponsorship activities.• Ensure weekly website updates.• Foster interdepartmental collaboration for cohesive marketing strategies.• Collaborate on crafting and placing traditional media advertisements, refining brand identity, and producing promotional materials.• Create professional designs and content for internal and external marketing collateral.• Organize logistics for client events and educational seminars, potentially partnering with external businesses.• Lead various community outreach networking endeavors.• Cultivate relationships with potential partners such as CPAs and insurance agencies. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of marketing or event planning experience.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Suites, and/or Canva.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.• Demonstrated leadership, project management, strategic thinking, innovation, and creativity.• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
