We are looking for dedicated buyer's agents who are passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. Responsibilities: --- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers --- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home --- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options --- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close --- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market --- Willingness to work in a team effort, and complete follow-up to achieve success Qualifications: --- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred --- An established track record of successful real estate sales --- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car --- Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred --- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills --- Valid MN/WI Real Estate License or be willing to get one (we will show you how) About Company: The Grant Johnson Group is a fast-growing and fun real estate team serving the Greater Twin Cities/Western Wisconsin areas.
