Description:
As a Vitality Living med tech, you will - Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider. - Maintain residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedure. - Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the supervisor. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room. - Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances. - Assist with completion of medication cart audits. - Provide direct resident care. - And more!
