We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities in the Central United States. Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services, we’d like to meet you. This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. Duties/Responsibilities: I dentify, qualify, and win new business opportunities. Build and maintain a robust qualified pipeline of opportunities that align with ISI’s strategic growth vision. Own all phases of the sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients as needed. Achieve annual quotas, through monthly/quarterly bookings. Support the capture and proposal development phases of the opportunity lifecycle by providing customer insights, solutioning support, and proposal writing. Apply an in-depth understanding of IT services and solutions to address complex and strategic needs within target businesses. Utilize your excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership and C-Level executives. Take part in preparing, attending, and generating leads from client events and trade shows along with various outbound campaigns and networking. Actively engage in activities to drive pipeline creation and coverage ratio of 5x. Close opportunities by using appropriate presentations, demos, and pricing discussions. Accurately create and maintain sales pipeline forecasting, prospecting reports, and customer data in Salesforce. Other duties may be assigned by management as business needs change. Qualifications: United States Citizenship. 5+ years of professional or consultative selling experience in IT Services Ability to take a holistic and strategic view of the business process, leveraging a deep understanding of end-to-end business models and sales. Experience with full sales cycle from proactively generating leads to qualifying and closing opportunities. Proven record of accomplishment for successfully selling managed services to SMB/SME companies focusing on senior management relationships. Preferred understanding of IT operations / infrastructure, and applications in a demanding managed services and support environment. Must be a self-motivated, outcome driven individual with excellent organizational skills, and decision-making capabilities. A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to influence, engage, and motivate others. Understand and articulate the company’s value proposition through a consultative approach. Maintain knowledge on current technologies and services relevant to IsI and the overall Technology Managed Services Industry. Ability to develop a professional report, overcome objections and maintain an influential demeanor both in person and over the phone. A well-established professional network complementary to the role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling into the Defense Industrial Base. Preferred knowledge of the NIST framework including having a strong understanding of the CMMC requirements, levels, and processes. Salesforce CRM software experience.
