You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market• Open houses• Hunt for buyer leads• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed • Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity • Sales experience• Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
