Practice Area: Data Privacy - Transactional,IP - Litigation General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 7 Years, Job Overview: A law firm based in New York City, NY, is seeking a Cybercrime Enforcement Attorney - Of Counsel with a minimum of 7 years of experience to support cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement work within the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, particularly IP litigation, and experience conducting internal, government, and IP enforcement investigations.Duties:Represent clients in cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement matters.Conduct legal research and analysis on cybercrime and IP enforcement laws and regulations.Draft legal documents for court proceedings, including complaints, motions, and briefs.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding cybercrime and IP enforcement strategies.Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm on complex cases.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement.Experience in civil litigation, with a preference for IP litigation experience.Familiarity with internal, government, and IP enforcement investigations.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong understanding of cybercrime and intellectual property laws and regulations.Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
