The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement, with a focus on civil litigation and IP litigation.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement matters.Draft legal documents for civil litigation cases, including complaints, motions, and briefs.Provide clients with strategic legal advice and counsel regarding cybercrime and IP enforcement investigations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on enforcement initiatives, including government agencies and law enforcement.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, focusing on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement.Prior experience in a law firm setting, preferably with exposure to civil and IP litigation.Proven track record of handling internal and government investigations related to IP enforcement.Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Nothing specified, but cybercrime or intellectual property law certifications would be advantageous.Skills:Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations about cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement.
