The Girls Student Ministry Director will assist the Equipping Pastor and Student Director in implementing a comprehensive discipleship strategy for teenage girls. She will be responsible for overseeing all Girls Ministry activities and events, with a strong focus on discipleship, mentoring, and relationship building. Additionally, she will provide administrative support as needed for student ministry activities. She will also spearhead the GroveStudent Hospitality team and guest experience for all students new to The Grove. Overall, she is responsible for leading teenage girls to become mature disciples of Christ.The Grove Church is an 10-year-old church in the northern suburbs of Austin, Texas. Our vision is to see people transformed by the Good News of Jesus Christ for the display of His splendor. This requires us, as a local church, to cultivate relationships with those who are close to us, but far from God. We exist to make disciples who known by our love--from our neighborhoods to the ends of the earth--are committed to bringing people into fellowship with Jesus and His Church.
