POSITION OVERVIEW: M18 is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the Real Estate PR team in our Miami office to work on many of the leading luxury and residential projects in Florida. You will support and lead daily client relations, plan and execute day-to-day project deliverables, support, and lead junior staff, and conceptualize strategies, pitches, and media placements. You will work closely with client leads and internal staff, delegating to peers and junior staff and developing and advancing strategy with senior leaders. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or personal interest in real estate, architecture, and design. Role location: This role is based in our Miami, Florida, office on a hybrid basis. ACCOUNTABILITIES: As a Senior Account Executive, you will: Develop and implement strategy and campaign planning for multiple high-profile client accounts Establish and build relationships with local, national, and regional media outlets Write and edit persuasive external and internal documents such as press releases, op-eds, fact sheets, talking points, editorial board memos, and communications strategies Craft and send pitches to relevant media outlets about client activities Train and supervise interns and delegate work as required Consult on creative partnerships, including brands, publications, organizations, and social media creators QUALIFICATIONS: At least 4 years of full-time experience in PR, with agency experience in the luxury real estate field preferred Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience pitching the media and demonstrated success in securing coverage for clients Creative writing experience, including press releases, media pitches, and social media content Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with varying levels of staff, clients, the media, etc. Strong aesthetic, point of view, and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Photoshop Exemplary working knowledge of all social and digital media platforms Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Note: Interested in this role but don't quite meet all of the qualifications? COMPENSATION M18 offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $70,000-$82,000 Orchestra is the first communications company built for today's media landscape.
