Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence. Responsibilities: • Aid in creating budgets• Set individual sales targets with sales team• Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps• Develop and identify new business opportunities• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team• Assist In The Development And Implementation Of Buyer & Seller Sales Agent Systems• Train And Educate Parrot Realty Buyer Sales Agents Including The Implementation Of A Structured Class And Training Schedule• Monitor And Mentor Parrot Realty Sales Agents• Work Hand And Hand With The Leadership Team Including The Team Leader, Operations Director, And Marketing Director• Monitoring Lead Flow, Sourcing, And Conversion Rates• Recruit & Hire Experienced Real Estate Agents Qualifications: • Proven experience in customer relationship management• Innovative with "out of the box" solutions • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred Compensation: $60,000 + bonuses About Company: Our team leader is in the top 5 in Broward County, Florida!
