Summary The Marketing and Design Manager is responsible for overseeing various marketing and design activities from developing strategies and managing campaigns. The Marketing and Design Manager will be heavily involved in brand development and brand design elements. They will work with the sales teams and leadership to drive strategy and execute channel marketing programs. The Marketing and Design Manager will work on website development, social media initiatives, and improve website traffic. The Marketing and Design Manager will oversee the company?s overall brand strategy and ensure it?s maintained based on Company standards. Duties Oversee the entire process of proposals, with emphasis on writing and editing content for email marketing, social media channels, marketing collateral, blog posts, newsletters, and web. Contribute to and oversee library for efficiency, including content templates. Photography, digital assets, boilerplates, and data slides for easy use. Collaborate with senior leadership and sales team to develop content strategies that align with business goals. Empower the sales team through content-driven marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools. Oversee the translating of our business and products into compelling marketing pieces that connect with our audiences. Oversee the development of marketing and collateral materials for print-ready delivery. Lead collaboration on design needs with sales and operations on specific design projects. Research and create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into content creation. Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product. Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget. Oversee and manage the design and uploading and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system. Oversee the inventory of all sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and the creation of new materials when necessary. Manage the development and implementation of the company?s brand strategy. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field 3-4 years of previous experience in a digital or design studio environment/marketing agency. Prior leadership experience in a design and marketing environment preferred. Exceptional experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), MS Office and CRM tools. Experience with RFQ/RFP preparation and maintain a CRM system. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics This is an onsite position and must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm. Normal hearing and vision are essential for conversations, receiving information, and preparing documents. Sitting sometimes for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate. Nice To Haves Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
