The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, specifically in private offerings, general venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions. Additionally, they should have experience with or demonstrate a keen interest and passion for crypto blockchain technology and businesses. Membership to the State Bar of TX is required.Job Overview:The Blockchain Crypto Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support related to blockchain and cryptocurrency matters.
