Duties:Handle complex commercial/business litigation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution.Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on commercial litigation matters. Requirements:4-10 years of experience in Commercial/Business Litigation.Strong academic credentials.Exceptional writing skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:NJ Bar admission (required).NY Bar admission (preferred). Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Exceptional writing skills.Experience in handling commercial/business litigation cases.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
