Florida Bar admission is a prerequisite.Duties:Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials, primarily on business litigation or product liability cases.Conduct legal research and analysis to formulate case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents necessary for litigation.Attend court hearings, conferences, and depositions, advocating for clients.Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure comprehensive legal support and effective case management.Maintain accurate and updated case files, records, and documentation.Requirements:3-6 years of law firm experience in business litigation or product liability.Demonstrated experience attending court hearings and conducting depositions.Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Superior academic record from a reputable law school.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Admission to the Florida Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.Time management and multitasking capabilities.
