Duties:Handle Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Estate Administration mattersManage own caseload efficiently and effectivelyConduct legal research and analysisDraft legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and deedsRepresent clients in court proceedings, if necessaryCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases Requirements:Admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and in good standingStrong analytics skillsProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to balance working independently and collaborating with others Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolBar admission in Connecticut required Skills:Knowledgeable in Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Estate AdministrationLitigation experience is a plusAbility to manage own caseload efficientlyStrong legal research and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
