We are hiring passionate therapists who believe in cultivating safe spaces to foster healing and nurture growth. We believe in collaborating to support professional and personal growth for our therapists. Perfection is not expected, rather growth toward being the best therapist possible is encouraged and supported. We welcome all clinicians and strongly encourage clinicians who identify as BIPOC, immigrant/refugees, or from marginalized communities, as independent contractors to our expanding practice.Our work environment includes: Casual work attire Safe work environment Flexible working hours Weekend options available Therapist Responsibilities: Manage caseload/appointments (after initial intake appointment) and make appropriate referrals externally or to an internal waitlist, if clinically necessary. An effective screening and intake process can be provided with clients being provided to you. The screening and intake process is something you need to be able to do for yourself as well. Maintain accurate notes and documentation, including but not limited to treatment plans, assessments, contact notes, billing, and discharge summaries, on the provided EHR. Communicate effectively, professionally, and in a timely manner. Ensure that each office and shared spaces are maintained, orderly, and clean. Pursue ongoing professional development, education, and training. Maintain licensing requirements. Carry current and valid malpractice insurance. Benefits: Choose your work/life balance: a minimum expectation of 25 hours/ week and make your own schedule, however, schedule accommodations and adjustments can be made if needed. Marketing assistance. Mentorship in private practice. Clients screened with completed intake and matched in advance. Work from home or the office space in Roseville or hybrid. Schedule: Make your own schedule. Virtual only, in-person or Hybrid. Evening options, space available. Weekend options, space available.
