Here's a detailed job description:Job Overview:The Mid-Level Immigration Associate Attorney will manage a caseload of EB-5 immigration matters. They will provide exceptional client service and communicate effectively with clients throughout the immigration process.Duties:Manage a caseload of EB-5 immigration matters, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.Conduct legal research and analysis related to immigration laws and regulations.Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation with government agencies.Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status and answer any questions or concerns.Represent clients in immigration interviews and hearings, as necessary.Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Requirements:2-5 years of experience, specifically in EB-5 immigration work.Excellent client service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.Strong case management abilities, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail.Advanced writing and analytical skills, with the ability to draft complex legal documents and analyze legal issues.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the bar in New Jersey (admission to the bar in other states is a plus).Certifications:Certification in immigration law (preferred but not required).Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.Fluency in a second language (preferred but not required).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions to legal issues.
