The ideal candidate must possess excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and have experience in employment law or general litigation. Job Overview:Handling labor and employment matters, including counseling, litigation, and investigationsUtilizing experience in employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, and investigations Duties:Providing legal advice and counseling to clients on labor and employment law mattersConducting legal research and drafting memoranda, opinions, and other legal documentsRepresenting clients in single-plaintiff litigation matters, including discrimination and wrongful termination casesHandling class and collective action litigation involving wage and hour disputes and other employment-related claimsConducting internal investigations into workplace complaints and advising clients on appropriate actionsAssisting with compliance efforts, including drafting policies and procedures and conducting training sessionsCollaborating with senior attorneys and support staff on case management and strategy Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Bar in Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission2-4 years of experience in labor and employment law or general litigationExcellent academic credentials with strong writing skillsMeaningful experience with employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, and investigations Certifications:Admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of labor and employment law and regulations This is one of the top law firms in the country to work forin its huge Philadelphia office, this firm draws rave reviews.
