The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, excellent analytical and writing skills, and must be Bar admitted. Duties:Assist with MA and Private Equity transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and closing transactions.Provide legal advice and guidance on executive compensation matters related to MA and Private Equity transactions.Review and analyze compensation arrangements, employment agreements, equity plans, and incentive programs.Advise clients on compliance with federal and state laws governing executive compensation.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on corporate transactions and executive compensation matters.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in MA, Private Equity, and executive compensation. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.1-4 years of executive compensation experience.Experience with Private Equity and Mergers Acquisitions transactions preferred.Strong academic background.Excellent analytical and writing skills.Bar admission in New York. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Bar admission in New York. Skills:Knowledge of executive compensation principles and regulations.Experience with MA and Private Equity transactions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
