Position Description RICE Services Inc., (A 100% employee owned ESOP) is looking to hire an organized, professional Admin to join our team. Fulltime position, Monday through Friday WORK EXPERIENCE Strong Excel skills Construction industry experience a plus KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills Bilingual, English & Spanish Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Office and related spreadsheets and database software. Capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines. Comfortable, creating, editing, modifying documents using Microsoft Office products. Team Player and able to work well under pressure Must be able to deal effectively with builder representatives, field staff, and other departments. Possess excellent customer service skills Maintain regular attendance and punctuality Coordinate job site materials requirements, maintenance, inventory and returns Aid in large projects that could include- large footprint, and assisted with material overages and or returns. will be responsible for organization, inventory, shipping and receiving of all material for all jobs assigned to them.
