Lumberton Kia is seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team at our dealership in Lumberton, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance and possess the knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and accurately determine the cause of malfunctions- Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections- Repair or replace faulty parts and components as needed- Communicate with Service Advisors and customers to provide updates on repairs and recommendations for additional services- Keep accurate records of all services performed and prepare detailed reports for managementRequirements:- High school diploma or GED required- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician- ASE certification preferred, but not required- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyIf you are a talented and dedicated Technician looking to join a dynamic team at a reputable dealership, we encourage you to apply for this position at Lumberton Kia.
