The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and business succession planning.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis in various areas of corporate law.Draft and review legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and business succession planning.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on corporate matters.Represent clients in negotiations and meetings related to corporate transactions.Assist in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in Illinois.3-5 years of experience in corporate law, specifically in mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and business succession planning.Strong understanding of corporate legal principles and practices.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in Illinois.Skills:Excellent research and analytical skills.Strong drafting and reviewing skills for legal documents.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Knowledge of relevant legal software and tools.
