What you will be doing: Leading the creation of engaging content for marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters. Manage the success of our CRM (HubSpot). Lead with the implementation of online strategies such as SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing to increase visibility, attract leads, and drive conversions. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Create and execute advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing materials to reach and engage target audiences across various channels. Monitor and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights to inform future decision-making and strategy refinement. Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends, as well as analyzing competitor strategies and industry developments. Develop ideas for sales tools and materials to effectively communicate value, overcome objections, and close deals. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and key messaging objectives. Your experience and skills include: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required. Experience in marketing, business, hospitality, community outreach, public relations, or related areas. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Lightroom), CRM (HubSpot), and Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint Photography & video for corporate content creation. Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools, to reach target audiences and drive engagement. Great verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy industry (the event industry is so fun and unlike any other ). Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand messaging to capture audience attention and differentiate from competitors. Understanding of brand management principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing touch points. Analytical skills to utilize data analysis to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI. Your team and working environment: Sight & Sound Productions / Mugwump Productions is based in Jacksonville, FL. This is an in-person position, and you will be working in our newly built building conveniently located near the Town Center (off 295 & Beach Blvd.). Flexibility to WFH on occasion is also available.
