The candidate will handle various aspects of labor and employment law, including class actions, general employment advice, discovery, motion practice, and trial work. Duties:Handle class action and representative actions as well as single plaintiff cases.Provide general employment advice and counsel to clients.Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Conduct and defend depositions.Participate in evidentiary hearings, status conferences, and argue dispositive motions.Represent clients in trial proceedings. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in the State of California.3-5 years of general litigation experience and/or labor and employment experience.Strong research and writing skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to practice law in the State of California. Skills:Experience in class action and representative actions.Familiarity with general employment law principles.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
