Practice Area: Personal Injury Defense, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 1 Years, A law firm in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking an Associate Attorney to collaborate with the legal team, providing direction and supervision to non-attorney staff while managing personal injury caseloads and ensuring adherence to legal standards and regulations. Duties:Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the highest standard of legal services for each client.Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process.Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.Communicate and maintain positive client relationships.Draft various legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, etc.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents prepared.Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Requirements:Active Bar license in Oklahoma.1+ years of civil practice experience.Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and tech-savvy.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active Bar license in Oklahoma. Skills:Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal relations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies.Legal drafting skills and attention to detail.
