About the Location Fully Remote Position: This position is considered to be Fully Remote and work is done from another location outside of Phoenix Home Office (within the United States). Associates that are considered to be Fully Remote do not have a work space at Phoenix Home Office and can expect to be asked to travel to Phoenix Home Office several times a year [or more], based on business needs and in partnership with leadership. Associates that are considered to be Fully Remote will acknowledge the "Remote Work Agreement" upon hire. About the Job About the Job This role will be responsible for developing and executing franchise sales strategies and identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchisees to drive growth and profitability in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in franchise sales and recruitment, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and prospects. This role will also provide feedback to help improve the effectiveness of our franchise sales and recruiting efforts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and pursue new franchise sales opportunities, including identifying potential franchisees, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to develop targeted recruitment plans. Manage the franchise sales recruitment process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with other departments within the organization, including marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure a seamless franchise recruitment process. Monitor and analyze franchise recruitment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions to optimize recruitment performance. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and tactics. Utilize CRM application for all candidate sourcing Maintains a thorough understanding of the offering and the Federal Disclosure Document to answer questions and explain nuances to potential candidates Tracks and provides weekly updates on progress and lead generation success Implements and documents process improvements. Supports all Belonging, Diversity, and Inclusion strategies related to talent acquisition. Leverages industry contacts to secure DVMs for Veterinary Ownership Opportunities Utilizes online recruiting resources and job boards to develop new candidate flow. Attend industry-related conferences EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of recruiting or franchise sales experience in veterinarian or medical with proven results. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with franchisees, colleagues, and stakeholders Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to franchise sales Highly motivated, inquisitive, and self-starter who can multi-task and effectively manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven proficiency with a diverse sourcing toolkit, including job boards, search engines, niche sites, LinkedIn and other social media, passive lead generation, etc. Travel up to +50% TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge and proficiency with other business systems as required by specific roles (CRM) PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands and work environment are characteristic of a typical business office environment.
