Responsibilities: • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard• Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions• Create and maintain staff operation schedules• Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures• Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule Qualifications: • Understanding of national food and health safety regulations• Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards• Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction• Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred• Prior Director level Food & Beverage experience in a hotel setting About Company: As one of the top hotels in the fashionable Uptown Charlotte area, the DoubleTree Charlotte City Center offers an ideal location just eight miles from Charlotte Douglas Airport (CLT).
