HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Become a key asset to the Direct Agents Studio team - a creative design, visual storytelling and video production team Create video content using motion graphics, compositing, and traditional editing for internal and external use Work in a fast paced environment and learn key trends and approaches to current digital media space Contribute to overall performance by providing innovative design solutions based on promotional assets available or to be developed Balance all aspects of video content creation and execution from the pre-production phase, to shooting, to post-production, to final delivery What You’re Bringing Expert knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects Experience with motion graphics and animation Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, as it pertains to manipulating vector graphics and layers for use in motion graphics. Confident in assessing the needs of a project and determining what blend of assets are needed, from video to motion graphics, etc. Extremely organized and ability to independently manage a large and constantly growing library of assets. Knowledgeable of best export/encoding practices for delivery across a wide range of channels: Youtube, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, CTV, etc. Aware of the latest software trends and plugins that enhance efficiency, creativity and workflow. Experience building creative briefs, video outlines, scripts, and other necessary pre-production documents. Good sense of pace and timing Special Notes This is a part time (18 - 20 hours/week), contract to hire role (3 - 6 months). This is an in person role based in our NYC office. You must reside, or be willing to relocate, within commuting distance of the office for this role.
