Winning first impression Ability to listen to customer needs Ability to climb a ladder occasionally to inspect work Ability to lead Process driven The Ideal Residential Remodel Project Manager Candidate: 1+ years in home improvement project coordination Knows and utilizes a defined project management process Speaks Spanish Knows the ins and outs of painting, simple carpentry and roofing WOWs customers Promotes the company online Prioritizes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc. Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done! Seeks: $35,000/year base, Commissions AND Pay-for-Performance INCENTIVES.
