Job description Responsible for leading a one-man survey crew in required project layout staking operations Accurately reads and interprets engineering plans Assist the Survey Chief in scheduling with Project Superintendents and Survey Coordinator Actively communicates with project supervision, Survey Manager or Coordinator daily or as needed Generates all project stakeout data information from survey software Operate survey instruments such as robotic total stations, data collectors, laser scanners, GPS, and other standard survey equipment to collect field data Interpret construction plans, perform necessary calculations in the field, and perform construction layout Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Annapolis, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Land surveying: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Surveyor License (Preferred) Work Location: In personPowered by JazzHR
