A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR As a Customer Service Representative / CSR, you are the first person a customer interacts with when they call in. Creating a great impression, you warmly greet them and book their services so technicians can diagnose and take care of their needs. You provide a calm, thorough, and complete booking call that allows customers to know that they are being taken care of. When taking calls, you also collect customer information for our system and proper dispatching. You ensure the proper number of calls are on the dispatch board and that technicians have an accurate number of opportunities to take on. You also perform outbound calling to clients, as needed. Through your efforts, our customers are kept happy, and our business runs smoothly! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR 1+ years of experience with phones, email, or any other electronic communication systems Ability to work within a small team to achieve call booking results Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Must be willing to adapt to company processes and procedures Comfortable being held accountable for maintaining call counts and conversion rates Being comfortable with outbound calling is a must Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Can you maintain a high level of professionalism in the face of obstacles? Do you have a positive, cheerful attitude? Are you a team player? Can you manage your time efficiently? Do you take responsibility for your work? Are you detail-oriented and organized?
