DAY-TO-DAY AS A YOUTH SERVICES CASE MANAGER As a Youth Services Case Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide essential services to enrolled youth and their families within the FSP framework. You'll advocate for clients' rights across various domains, respond promptly to emergencies, and support the mobile crisis response team as needed. Facilitating access to covered services, connecting families with community resources, and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards are all key aspects of your role. Your dedication ensures the well-being and stability of the youth and families you serve. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, psychology, or related human service field Ability and willingness to actively participate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment Valid driver's license and auto insurance 21+ years of age Ability to pass CARE and TCI training as well as apply their principles Experience in mobile crisis response would be a plus in this role in social work.
