The ideal candidate will manage client cases from inception through resolution, ensuring clients receive comprehensive legal representation and excellent customer service.Job Duties:Open new files and initiate initial client contact, maintaining regular communication throughout the case.Conduct thorough investigations, gather and analyze intake information, and review relevant documents.Enter case details into the firm's database and maintain accurate records.Verify insurance coverage and liability issues, maintaining ongoing contact with insurance companies.Managed clients' medical care, including scheduling appointments and explaining procedures and documentation.Continuously monitor case status, review medical records, and stay updated on developments.Organize and maintain case files, preparing them for submission to demand writers or other parties as needed.Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience practicing Workers' Compensation law.Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills.Attention to detail and practical problem-solving abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, associates, and vendors.Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Uphold confidentiality with sensitive client information.Comfort with extended periods of phone-based communication.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Dependable attendance record and integrity in work ethics.Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology preferred.Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.A high school diploma or equivalent is required; JD from an accredited university and GA Bar Admission are mandatory.Benefits Offered:Dental InsuranceHealth insuranceVision insurancePaid Time off401KEmployer Paid Short Term DisabilityBasic Life InsuranceThis position offers an opportunity to contrib
