The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and highly functional WordPress websites, ensuring an outstanding user experience through responsive and innovative design.Location:This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working from our West Palm Beach office at least three days per week.Primary Job Duties: Frontend Development: Employ HTML, CSS, JavaScript to develop engaging user interfaces, turning UI/UX designs into reality. Performance Optimization: Enhance website speed and scalability to ensure fast loading times and seamless user interaction. SEO Integration: Embed SEO strategies in frontend development to boost website visibility. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Guarantee consistent website functionality and appearance across various web browsers. Plugin Integration: Seamlessly integrate and tailor WordPress plugins to augment website capabilities. User Experience Enhancement: Continually refine user experience with a focus on responsive design and intuitive interaction. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to create effective service and landing pages that align with marketing strategies.Required Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Experienced in WordPress theme development and customization. Knowledgeable in responsive and adaptive design. Understanding of SEO principles. Strong problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience as a WordPress Developer with a frontend development focus.
