You live with the people you work with and the people you serve." - Former Bartender/Busser A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Employee Meal Cook: Start your day with breathtaking mountain views and a sense of adventure. As an Employee Meal Cook, you'll prepare and cook meals for staff, assist with food prep, and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access during breaks. After your shift, unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors. What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Employee Meal Cook: Culinary skills and experience in food preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. The Minimum Requirements to be Considered: Legal authorization to work in the United States High school diploma or GED Valid Utah food handler's permit within 30 days of employment What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job: Kitchen operations and food safety protocols Food preparation and cooking techniques Staff meal planning and preparation Safety and sanitation standards Work Schedule & Location: Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays Located at the base of the Alta Ski Area, offering unparalleled ski-in, ski-out access Ready to Apply?
