A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WINE BAR HOST - HOSTESS As a part-time Wine Bar Host - Hostess at Spain Wine Bar, your day will revolve around welcoming guests with a warm smile, providing accurate wait times, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills, assist the wait staff, and maintain a clean and inviting reception area. As the first face our patrons see, you provide them with an exceptional first impression that will have them coming back again and again! QUALIFICATIONS An understanding of restaurant etiquette Familiarity with health and safety regulations Experience in managing reservations Demonstrable customer service skills Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Preferred: Work experience as a Host or Hostess Experience with a reservation management system WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION This is a part-time position located in Ocean City, MD.
