Position Title: Wholesale Delivery Driver Position Type: On-Site Employment Status: Full-Time Position Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:00PM / 6:00am -2:00PM Department: Production- Delivery Position Summary: The Wholesale Delivery driver’s primary responsibility is the safe transport of cargo from one location to another. Drivers are required to perform safe product handling techniques and practices. As a wholesale delivery driver you will regularly interact with customers helping to maintain professional relationships. Wholesale Drivers will learn and maintain general knowledge about our products to aid with customer interaction. In this role you will regularly be on the road performing transportation duties. In this role you will ensure the daily transport tasks are completed with efficiency and within Revolutionary Clinics and CCC guidelines. Our wholesale delivery drivers will assist with other operational needs that arise during day-to-day functions of the Production Department at Revolutionary Clinics as assigned. Transport packages to and from destinations always ensuring safe handling and transport Regular operation of small to mid-sized delivery vehicles Safely operating company vehicles in all driving conditions including inclement weather. Ability to manage transport times, while safely ensuring on time deliveries to assigned destinations. Ability to work varying wholesale delivery schedules Ability to handle unforeseen driving delays that may extend shifts Regularly Interact with clients in a professional manner at all times. Regularly perform 5point vehicle safety checks before and after deliveries are Ensure that the vehicles are properly fueled and properly stocked with company provided equipment Ability to immediately report and identify any vehicle damage or repair needs Regularly collaborate and communicate with team leadership to ensure that the product flow remains constant. Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment for 8+ hour shifts. Regularly perform Quality Checks on all products as assigned Obey all State and Federal traffic/ industry regulations. Obey all Safe Driving protocols and always maintain safe driving habits Perform State Mandated security check ins with company security Observe Company, State, & Customer Security protocols Assist other areas of the business as required by leads, supervisors, and other members of management as assigned while not transporting product. Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Delivery driver experience. Experience driving small to mid-sized delivery vehicles such as ford transits. Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications to find delivery locations. Time management and organizational skills to keep track of deliveries and stay on schedule. Required Qualifications: Must have an active and valid driver’s license Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly as well as maintaining the ability to load and unload repeatedly heavy packages from company vehicles Including Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Must Maintain high attention to detail to driving conditions, vehicles, and products Must be at least 21 years of age Must pass a comprehensive background check annually to ensure compliance within Cannabis Control Commission and Revolutionary Clinics set regulations High School Diploma or GED required Benefits: Here at Rev Clinics, we offer a robust health care plan & Comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to: Health Insurance Dental & Vision Flex Spending Account available Dependent care Plan available 401K available Environmental Factors: Employees may be required to bend, squat, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, complete repetitive hand movements, and/or walk intermittently throughout the day.
