Western Illinois Emergency Medicine Physician Opening Clinical Role: Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible emergency medicine or family medicine physician While the client prefers ABEM providers, they are open to considering family medicine physicians with ER experience Willing to accept those not currently licensed in Illinois Hiring due to grwoth Total ED patient visits - 25-26K per year Staffing model - 36 physician hours and 12 APP hours per day 12-hour shifts per month H1 visa candidates accepted Organization Information: 110 miles west of Chicago 70 miles from Rockford Community of about 25,000 residents 100 bed hospital Employed physician model Very lucrative compensation and benefit package offered Site employs about 70 physicians Local opportunities to boat, hunt, and fish Public and private school options RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
