Our family-owned business offers smoke, mold, mildew, fire, and water remediation services. We are seeking someone with great ethics, values, high energy, and excellent problem-solving skills to join our team as a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR in our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters. As the shop supervisor, you may be asked to deliver equipment to water and fire-damaged commercial facilities. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and planning skills, the ability to recognize and solve problems independently with attention to detail, strong communication, self-motivation, responsibility, and accountability. Responsibilities: Responsible for all materials, tools, and equipment that enter and leave our shop daily. Accept and receive deliveries for our material stock, etc. Manage keeping track of all incoming deliveries, stocking, and knowing which department all materials are for. Notify the respective department manager of their incoming deliveries. Run errands for the company when needed, assist with dropping off and picking up vehicles, and may also be asked to help out on work sites during emergencies. Deliver tools and materials to job sites occasionally. Help keep the office functional by removing snow and office trash, cutting grass around the building, and keeping dumpster areas clean. Tool and equipment repair and cleaning. Be committed to a 24/7 restoration cycle, including on-call rotation. Additional duties as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Driver’s License. 5+ years’ experience in the Construction industry. 2+ years in a supervisory role. Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
