Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in their supply chain by accurately picking and preparing products for shipment. This position requires great efficiency and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Responsible for correctness of all distribution activities Operate a pallet jack Ability to use Movex system Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule provided by the manager Possesses the ability to understand and follow instructions Is able to work collaboratively and well with teammates Learn usage and presentation of Gemba board Look up returns and put away on daily basis Learn to pack proficiently and accurately including truck line shipments Meet standards for picking and packing Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs) Maintain a safe and clean work area Follow distribution and receiving work instructions All behaviors must comply with the Code of Conduct and Company Policies Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Spanish speaking is a plus. Basic math skills, oral & written communication skills required to perform the tasks. Lift 1-30 lbs. on a consistent basis. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Monday to Friday6 am - 2:30 pm
