About the Role: The Warehouse Operations Manager is the highest-ranking position within the warehouse and holds full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. This role requires hands-on leadership in managing daily activities, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety protocols, and driving overall performance. As the top authority within the facility, the Warehouse Operations Manager will directly oversee staff, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring the successful execution of all warehouse functions . In this role, you will: Promote a positive safety culture through leadership and leading by example. Lead the warehouse team with a positive, problem-solving attitude, focusing on innovation and results. Plan labor, monitor performance, and evaluate results using KPIs. Oversee warehouse operations and systems by tracking performance, ensuring quality standards, and continuously identifying improvement opportunities. Develop processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records. Ensure proper utilization of all company assets, coordinating repairs as needed. Contribute to increasing the company's market share. Job Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance across all work areas. Execute human resource functions, including recruiting, hiring, motivating, and disciplining employees. Drive operational productivity by challenging and guiding the team. Train, coach, and evaluate team performance to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment. Support employee development through cross-training and hands-on learning opportunities. Minimum Qualifications and Skills: Warehouse Distribution Management: 5 years E-commerce: 5 years HR Policies and Regulations: 5 years Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience: 5 years Ability to be flexible and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with effective communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets. NetSuite or RF Smart experience. Forklift Certification. Forklift Training Certification. Driver's License. Salary: Targeted range of $70,000.00 - $80,000 per year based on experience.
